The form will remain on file without the initial deposit for seven (7) days. This means if the initial deposit (as explained below) is not received within seven (7) days, then on the 8th day your form is automatically deleted.

• Note: This means, if you only submit the form, you will not hear from APS until both the completed form and payment have been received. Thank you.

ZELLE or CASH APP

You can pay via ZELLE or CASH APP. There is no service fee. The e-mail address to use is info@andersonparalegal.com and the payment to make is $50. Please note, the account has to be in your name only.

PAYPAL

To process the initial deposit with a DEBIT or CREDIT CARD, you will have to make a payment in the amount of $52.32 ($2.32 is included to cover the service fee) securely via PAYPAL by clicking on the PayPal "PAY NOW" Button below.

Note: If you do not have a PayPal account, you can still process the payment via PayPal.

VERY IMPORTANT NOTE:

1. The cut-off time to receive the Divorce Information Form and deposit is by 4pm, Monday - Friday. This means, if you submit the form and deposit after 4pm, you will hear from APS on the next business day (excluding holidays).

2. If someone else makes the payment on your behalf (i.e. your Spouse, Family Member or Friend), then that person has to sign an AFFIDAVIT before a notary that authorizes that payment. Send APS an e-mail at info@andersonparalegal.com with the person's Full Name (as it appears in the payment).

APS will prepare the AFFIDAVIT for you at no additional cost (after the form and deposit have been received). To avoid the AFFIDAVIT, please make sure the payment is received from the PLAINTIFF ONLY.
