APS provides NYSRemote Online Notary Services. This is great because instead of meeting in person, you can have your document(s) signed remotely from the comfort of your home (or ANYWHERE you may be)!
This means for example, if you're out of NYS, having a Good Time vacationing in the Bahamas, sitting on the beach, sipping on a delicious ice cold drink, we can set up a remote online notary session all taking place by the water on your Smartphone (Tablet, Laptop, or Computer).
During the session, you will be able to sign your document(s) directly on your Smartphone (no documents to print out) and APS will notarize your document(s) as well.
The procedure, including APS notarizing your document(s) will be approximately 10 minutes!
FOR ANYTHING ELSE (Not A Divorce):
APS remote notary services are available to the general public. This means the following:
If you have documents to be notarized remotely and they are NOT for a divorce, no worries, APS may be able to assist you.
If you have documents that require you and another party to sign together, APS can schedule an appointment for the both of you to sign together.
