What Is An EXPEDITED DIVORCE?
An Expedited Divorce is when APS will prepare ALL the divorce papers In Advance!
This means the following:
- There are NO papers to be mailed to your SPOUSE, to sign before a notary, and return the signed document(s) back to APS.
- There are NO papers to be mailed to YOU, to sign before a notary, and return the signed documents back to APS.
- The exchange of Back & Forth e-mails will be LIMITED!!!
- This saves A LOT of TIME and "the quicker your case is filed in Court, the quicker the Court can get to your case™ to finalize your divorce".
On the day of the appointment, You and Your Spouse can sign ALL the divorce papers, AT THE SAME TIME, and be done (No More Papers To Sign)!
The divorce papers will ALL be E-FILED in Court within 1 - 2 business days after our meeting (Note: If your divorce includes Children, then APS will need 1 - 3 business days). Upon the filing of the divorce papers in Court, you're simply waiting for the Court to get to your case!
Because your divorce will be E-FILED to the Court, You, Your Spouse, and APS will be meeting up via Video. This procedure is similar to a Google Meet or Zoom meeting.
You and Your Spouse will be able to sign the documents AT THE SAME TIME directly on your Smartphone (Tablet, Laptop or Computer) and be ANYWHERE in the world (i.e. you can be in New York and your spouse can be in California or in another COUNTRY).
Some of the documents will require to be signed before a notary. Because Anderson Paralegal Services, Inc is a NYS Notary, this service will be included in the meeting and provided to you and your spouse Remotely. The meeting will be approximately 15 minutes and Easy To Do!

Note: The Court does not expedite the divorce (unless you present some sort of an "emergency" for the Court to consider). This means, you will still have to wait patiently for the Court to get to your case.
VERY IMPORTANT NOTE: If your spouse cannot attend the meeting then you cannot get an "Expedited Divorce". The only way you can obtain an "Expedited Divorce", is that your spouse has to attend the meeting as well.
